i love my job
This coffee bean job is such a blessing. As long as I can remember, I’ve always wanted to work in a coffee shop. Maybe it's my love for just sitting in coffee shops; maybe it's my love for coffee, who knows. I even tried to figure out how I could part time at starbucks. Obviously I didn't get the chance to, but low and behold, here I am a coffee bean employee. People always look at me funny too when I tell that story, but it's true, that's one of my dreams (scratch that off my list).
So I couldn't figure out what I am supposed to do for these people (since I can't tell them God bless and share the gospel with them). I got it, why not pray for them. It wasn't some super duper epiphany; I just thought that it would be a good idea. So ever since my second day, I’ve made it a thing to pray for everyone I serve. for the most part, they all get the same prayer, not for lack of trying though cause I ask their names, and see how their doing but I can only find out so much about a person in 2 minutes. What do I pray for??? Some people I ask that god would bless their day, some for their attitude, some for a smile on their face, and overall, that everyone would see Gods glory above all things in their lives.
I truly believe that there are people whose days are changed from just being prayed for when they get their coffee. Hey, if I knew someone was praying for me every time I get coffee, I’d be there every day. Ha-ha
